Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply to the Australian Health & Wellness Awards website and to awards entries and award usage.
1. Independence
Australian Health & Wellness Awards are independently administered and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any government body. Awards do not represent regulatory certification, medical endorsement, or clinical approval.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for consideration, entrants must provide accurate information and have offerings available to Australian consumers (where relevant to the category). We may decline entries that do not meet eligibility or that provide misleading information.
3. Assessment
Entries are assessed against published criteria. Assessment may consider publicly available information and may include requests for supporting documentation. Payment of an entry fee does not guarantee recognition.
4. Fees
Entry fees are non-refundable and are used to support administration and assessment. Fee waivers may be offered at our discretion.
5. Award usage
If recognition is granted, recipients must use award wording and year exactly as issued. Award marks must not be altered beyond resizing. Awards must not be presented in a misleading way, including implying universal consumer preference, medical endorsement, or government approval.
6. Changes, withdrawal, and corrections
We may update categories, criteria, or program information. If material information is found to be inaccurate, an award may be amended or withdrawn. Recipients must update or remove award references if notified.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on awards recognition. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts of the relevant Australian state or territory will have jurisdiction.
